Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute medium to long-term marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, target segments, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to plan and run campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics based on analytics
  • Work with Sales to align marketing efforts with lead generation and conversion goals.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of branding, positioning, and marketing funnels.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, etc.).  
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of the tech or ERP industry.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) or web CMS platforms.
