Responsibilities

  • Learn to analyze business needs and map them into Odoo functionalities.
  • Assist in configuring and setting up Odoo modules under guidance.  
  • Prepare functional documentation and training materials.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting during and after implementations.
  • Collaborate with developers to improve functional solutions.  

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, B.com or related field.
  • Eagerness to learn Odoo ERP systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and client communications.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with basic business processes (sales, inventory, accounting).
  • Understanding of how platforms like Odoo function.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
